Agreement for Professional Auto Transport Services Welcome to NG AUTO HAULERS LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between our company and the client (the “Customer”) for the purpose of vehicle transportation and logistics services. By booking our services, you agree to the following professional standards and operational protocols.
Service Provision & Agreement
NG AUTO HAULERS LLC is a leader in auto transport, providing both single unit and multiple units shipping for all vehicle types. Our agreement includes door-to-door service where the vehicle is picked up and delivered as close to your specified locations as possible, depending on local safety and accessibility regulations.
Vehicle Preparation & Inspection
To ensure safe vehicle shipping solutions, the Customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport:
- Personal Property: All personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to pick-up.
- Inspection Report: A detailed Bill of Lading and inspection report will be completed at both the point of origin and the destination. The Customer or a designated representative must be present to sign these documents.
- Mechanical Condition: The Customer must disclose if the vehicle is non-operable.
Pricing and Payment Terms
We provide market-competitive prices for all shipping routes.
- Quotes: Quotes are based on current carrier availability and fuel costs.
- Payment: All agreed-upon fees must be settled according to the payment schedule established at the time of booking.
Shipping Timelines & Delays
As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on on-time transportation. However, transport timelines are estimates and can be influenced by weather conditions, road closures, or mechanical issues. We maintain constant communication to provide updates if any significant changes to the schedule occur.
Insurance & Liability
The safety of your vehicle is our highest priority. All vehicles are covered by professional carrier insurance during transit. However, NG AUTO HAULERS LLC is not liable for damages caused by:
- Acts of God (extreme weather events).
- Pre-existing mechanical failures or loose parts.
- Damage from road debris during open car transport.
Carrier Options
Customers may choose between Open Car Transport and Enclosed Car Transport. While open transport is highly efficient, enclosed transport is recommended for classic cars and luxury models to provide maximum protection from environmental elements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested before a carrier has been assigned to your shipment. Specific fees may apply based on the stage of the logistics process at the time of the request.
